A Dreyfuss & Co timepiece is the result of generations of time spent hand crafting the art of watch making to perfection. To keep your watch at its best, we recommend that the timepiece is serviced regularly.
Dreyfuss & Co Watch Servicing
All movements in Dreyfuss & Co wristwatches have a two-year guarantee, but all watches should be serviced regularly in order to ensure that the mechanics are correctly lubricated and aligned, and any worn parts are replaced.
As part of the process of servicing, each and every watch is bench tested against our exacting standards for 24 hours. Each watch will undergo a series of tests, from water resistancy pressure testing to timekeeping accuracy.
When returning your watch for service please pack it in a sturdy box (not the original presentation case) to ensure maximum protection. Send it registered mail with your guarantee or proof of purchase (if within the gurantee period) and reason for its return. Include your name, return address, email address and daytime telephone number. Dreyfuss & Co turns all repairs around within 7 days (for standard guarantee work).
If you wish to service a watch that is now out of the guarantee period, please follow the above instructions in order to return it to us, and we will contact you to provide a free estimate prior to carrying out work.
All Dreyfuss & Co watches are serviced within our dedicated service centre in the UK. Our service technicians adhere to the standards of our fellow Swiss watchmakers.
